Rafael Cuello received an Associate degree in Multimedia Design from New England Institute of Technology in RI, and a Bachelor in Art from RI College.
Before moving to NJ and becoming a freelance designer Rafael worked for the Executive department of a environmental agency in RI as their Multimedia Coordinator and Graphic designer for over 10 years. As a way of doing community outreach and to educate the public about clean water issues he began curating art shows in 2000. He is a 2 time National Environmental Achievement Award recipient from the National Association of Clean water Agencies (NACWA) for a publication design and also for a Public information art exhibit. This led to other gallery opportunities with local artist in RI.
As a resident of Newark for the last 4 years the majority of his graphic design work and event efforts has been for non-profits and small businesses.
