While most of the Newark art scene is recovering from the recent Open Doors festivities, Artfront Galleries has been busy planning two new shows for November. The first is Urban Cypher which will be housed in our gallery space at One Bloomfield Place The opening is set for Thursday, November 9 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. As always we will have the cheap gallery Chardonnay for you to enjoy along with the amazing art.
Urban Cypher is a bit of a departure for us All of the art takes its inspiration from graffiti and contains strong social and political messages. It is up to the viewer to break the “cypher” and interpret the message that the artist is trying to convey. Big shout out to Serron a.k.a. Xplore Freedom for all of his assistance in putting this show together.
